Brik is provided by Team Brik ("we"). By downloading or using Brik you agree to these terms.
Apple's standard license applies
Your use of Brik is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These terms add to it. If they conflict, the Standard EULA wins.
Subscriptions
- Brik Premium is an auto-renewable subscription (Weekly, Monthly or Yearly) sold through the App Store. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Eligible new subscribers may get a free trial when it's shown in the app. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts at the plan's price.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- Free mornings: when offered, 3 free mornings can be used without a card within 7 days of starting them. After that, a subscription is needed to set alarms and run missions.
Using Brik safely
Brik is a wake-up aid. Alarms depend on your device, its settings, battery and iOS, and we can't guarantee that an alarm will always sound. Don't rely on Brik alone where missing an alarm could cause harm or loss. Do physical missions (such as push-ups) only if you're able to do them safely.
Your content
Your alarms, routines, to-dos and photos stay on your device. See our Privacy Policy: https://teambrik.app/privacy
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use Brik means you accept them.
